Get the best out of images you upload

It is great to see people upload images to the site as you can't beat a good photo to show off your work. But don't forget to help yourself out when it comes to people looking for information through search engines, as the title you give your photographs is very important. They should be short, descriptive and feature a location if possible, unfortunately the default title is usually that provided by your digital camera, and IB3487 or something similar is not going to help you out. For a few more tips, please see: Using images effectively to improve search results And even if you have already uploaded some photographs you can go back in and edit the title and descriptive text if required, click the Edit Photo link just beneath your image.
