The Etesia Open Day finally arrived and turned out to be a great day. So, just a quick report with more to follow....
The Guys at Etesia - Les, Neal and Ian hosted a full day that started at 10.30 and finally finished at 4.30.
Along with COPIOUS amount of food and drink, Etesia had lined up a full day including access to demo version of all of its range for us to play with out in the meadows/fields.
In that time we were given a run down on Etesia, its business model, its ownership by Wolfe, the Pellenc product line and we saw a number of new product annoucements to the UK.
Did I mention the food ?
We were given a tour round the Etesia HQ, including the Spares Centre, Stores, Training areas - all fully equipped with latest diagnostic equipment.
Oh, did I mention the food ?
Neal gave the group a presentation on the technology behind the Pellenc range including access to all the equipment to try out first hand.
yes, the food - boy were we well feed !.
The electric equipment from Pellenc generated a lot of interest. A few agreed - 'we have seen the future of where equipment can and needs to go...'
They finally had to chuck us all out at 4.30pm after giving everybody a full 'goody' bag and a 'real' discount voucher to be used within their dealership network.
Oh ..and some even took a doggy bag of food home....
All at the event found it a really worth while day, with added bonus of being able to network.
So a huge thanks to Etesia, who have set a high standard in talking to and looking after their professional users that other suppliers will have trouble surpassing.

thanks to all of you guys for makeing the effort to come down it really was a great day and you guys made it that way,
it was a pleasure meating all of you and as i was shooting off to get back so mrs b could get of to work (in the dog house abit because i was a little late ) les said that we should do something like this more often, so i now have all you to blame for makeing it such a good day when i get to work on a saturday again.
in all honesty though guys i do hope you all had a good time because i know i did and it would be something i would do again with out question.
last thing though did you think there was enegh food or do we get more in next time ?

I am sorry i could not make it. Was a big gutted as i was hoping to put names to faces finally. But unfortunately work must come first sometimes.
The pellenc kit. Is this an alternative to Stihl then? Isnt it battery powered?
