Depends what size you need. We use a Stihl RM448VC which is great for rough cuts even with wet grass, but it's only 18inch so won't be big enough for everyone's needs
Thanks but it's not going to be powerful enough or tough enough. We need something with tractor type rear tyres that doesn't mind chewing bricks and rubble !
Yes, it's only good enough for regular domestic rough cuts. Not even close to good enough for your needs!!
Landmaster Stoic, will cut grass over 2 foot high, built like a tank! ive got one thats over 40 years old never let me down
This mine...
John Deere style Old Stoic Mower, 4hp Briggs & Stratton refurbi...
what about a wheeled strimmer ?
I have an AS motors 2 stroke side discharge got it very very cheap because the clutch had gone and that was only £65.00 and the time to replace it. 4 wheel drive as well. Just looked on eBay and although there are AS motors on there non like mine and they seem quite expensive.
Yes 4.5k new
Whats to big ? I see a few Hayter Condor knocking about that will quite easy take down long grass . We use a old Etesia pro 56 aka The Beast for rough cuts built like a tank and with a 9hp kawasaki makes light work of long grass , maybe hard to find now they dont make them but could try the Pro 53 .
Yes. Hayter Condor ideal but finding a genuine one that hasn't been bodged with a known history is about as easy as getting a winning lottery ticket!
We have an Efco VBR6 which is excellent, just seems to smash through everything including the odd brick!
