Hi Keith
As a last resort and only on concrete flags, try diluted brick acid, a stiff scrubbing brush and the pencil jet from a pressure washer to clean up ! Always do a test patch first,, where gloves, mask and goggles and never use acid on a natural stone !
All the best
hi i use acid on natural stone @32percent proof when we clean of slurrey pointing you should not use on limestone paving and as all ways do a small test first
there are non acid cleaners out there but lots of money
