Yes, but if someone has a BCS Bank Commander with a mulch mower they'll probably beat your quote.
Depends on the steepness of the bank to be honest. And if you can get to the top and the bottom.
If it's not too bad a 4wd Out Front might even be the best way of doing it.
I've got a pretty horrendous bank job, garden is terraced with 45 degree banks, manage it okay with stihl fs460, much quicker than hover mower. Down side is occasional dog crap, they pick up but if they miss one I end up wearing it. Find good boots are key if your strimming on the bank or you could take a tumble.
Just estimate % extra time required and increase your usual price by that amount..... simple!
one of these if you have plenty of money and work for it www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKTfBIb8tMc had a go with one at a demo good machines
Craig Spence And Hedges said: Many years ago as a young greenkeeper we used to cut a steep back with a flymo and a rope on the course I used to work on, one day I slipped down the banks and my foot went under the mower and it took a chunk out of the steel toe cap.
Never again will I use a rope and a flymo.
