Etesia Hydro 80 will go thru most 'side' gates or its semi-pro model the Bahia 80 ?
http://www.etesia.com/en/products/autoranges-hydro-80-mkhp.html
Goes in van, no sticky outy bits, good engine and good to drive.
We have them, happy to answer any Q's
Hi Garry thanks for that, they need to be able to pass through gates of 32 inches, do you know if there is an even slimmer model made by etesia. ??
Also do you know what price they come in at new and 2nd hand ?
It's marginal then.
It's as wide as its deck which is 82cm, blade cut is 80cm (82cm is 32inches).
Don't believe they make a narrower one (nor anyone else-unless someone knows ....;-)
the bahia/hydro 80 fits through a 33" gate
new - 5k-ish. used 2k for good ones.
Thanks Dan, will have a peep on ebay
if you wanted to know anything on the bahia/hydro 80 feal free to pm me or ask in the discussion and i will answer asap (probly after 3 tomorow as im training some new dealers on pellenc kit)
OK thanks

I'm going to upset the apple cart here a bit....
I have and use a 28" Snapper rear engined ride on, an older model for sure but new ones are available. I like mine that much i wrote a review for LJN about it, you can find it on the search function. New ones are around the £1800 mark, this includes a 13.5 hp Briggs engine and the 'Ninja' mulching kit. I believe you can also get them with Kohler engines now.
I have used mine to side discharge, mulch and collect and it is good at all 3...
I have also cut 2.5 acres with it on a semi regular basis - it coped absolutely fine.
Just another thought on the job....
Just been checking out a few ebay snappers just now, look good, but would they stand up to cutting acres of grass every week ?
