    I've read on another forum (arbtalk I think) that it does work but it nackers the driveshafts because there isn't a clutch like on a hedgetrimmer, something like that. But it does work but will also break it.

  • They break easily, too much power needed to turn the drive shaft

  • Factor in breaking it to the price for the job? If someone else wants to risk under-cutting you then you've not lost out.

  • My opionion if it's that high ladders pruning saw or pass the job to a tree surgeon
