looks good but can't help wondering if the grass would have grown back anyway.... its tough stuff and can survive many weeks with no water and scorching sun.
6 weeks under cover would kill off a significant % of the grass - Some would recover but it would be very patchy and would become infested with weeds double quick - A nice quick result their.
No chance of growing back, there was just no grass left Geoff, a plastic mat had been laid down with timber flooring on top. We had bought it round before, but it needed a little help this year!
It was the first time we had used a germination blanket - a fantastic product, creates a micro climate - also birds and animals off!
