Very Sad, RIP. Im sorry for his family.
+1 really sad.
How many have come across it ??
There is one in my mum and dads garden and another customer. I love the beautiful flowers- but deadly. Very sad. Sounds like a tragic accident.
From what I've read about this plant, it's actually very rare to cause harm and sadly this man must have had an allergic reaction to it because he only brushed past it. I've read that normally someone who have to eat the roots for it to kill them.
Very sad all the same.
Very sad situation. Aconitum is a not uncommon herbaceous perennial. I knew it was poisonous but not from 'brushing against' it. I shall certainly be more wary of it in future.
