Really good - made me watch a couple of times - especially the tree climbing - was that a drone camera? Thought the text at the end should say more - I think 'capable' is underselling yourself!

GoPro stuck on the felled timber..?
Correct. Those Gopro's would survive nuclear attack
Cool video. Try not to set yourself on fire though :)
Don't have a website. This winter's project. Leaf blower was new this year from Mowdirect for £300. Can you believe that?
As you say a 'bit of fun', but I like to idea. Straight to the point, no mega long lists of your services. Most websites have me yawning and losing interest after 10 seconds (probably why we have never had one!). My son in law has just had one done of these video jobs done for his car body repair and refinishing business. I reckon I may jump into the 21st century!
Yeah go for it. Editing is the time consuming bit. Interesting you also don't have a website. Do you think social media is replacing websites?
I am in the fortunate(or not!) position of being in the game for many years. When I first started, estimates were typed on a mechanical typewriter with carbon paper for copies - or even hand written! We never found the need for advertising or as I said above a website, connections have been made over the years, which keep 4 full timers going and new work coming in. However, we must all move with the times and I am very aware of the need to more electronic awareness (if that's the expression!). I like the social media side, as you are reaching potential customers you wouldn't normally, through a relatively close knit group and if nothing else, it can nudge people's memory.
Moving into different circles is also imperative and each job does that - which is why quality work and professionalism is imperative at all times.
I like the 'showcase' side of websites and the video aspect looks appealing, but if they are not done well....oh dear, I see trouble ahead!! It's all very well keeping bad habits (like using petrol to light a bonfire!) in the enclosed space of a garden, but once it's out there, it's out there!!
