Most electric ones are limiting in their ability to provide sufficient pressure especially if you plan to use a FSC attachment ( which I'd fully recommend-gets rid of the missed black stripes that reappear after a short while on badly pressure washed areas). They're good for smallish jobs, convenient and generally quieter. Also remember you're dealing with 240v and water, do maybe limited if weather is bad ( extension cables etc). Also unlikely to be allowed o/s on commercial site if the FM is on his game.
Good petrol one start ~ £500, more Honda engined but in my view would the way to go if you plan to use a lot (go look on machine mart website for good range). Forget the cheap Fleabay ones as they don't tend to last.
Why not hire and build the price in until you know it's a real source of income ?
Ps we have one from MM, 13hp Honda with various nozzles and a FSC attachment which really does make quick work if it ...
I read a post from you on someone else's question few years back. About litres per a minute? How many? And what attachment do I need?
