Pedestrian lawn sprayer

I've been asked to price for turf maintenance, including weed spraying. The site is always windy and I'm not happy doing it with a knapsack, I think it would need a wheeled sprayer with a shroud around the boom. Can anyone suggest or recommend one?

Stihl ultra 2 stroke oil

Is anyone using Stihls ultra 2 stroke oil in preference to their standard green oil? It's almost double the cost, is there a noticeable improvement in running of the engine, fumes etc? Is it worth it?
