working at heights training

just wondering if anyone else has been ask to show a working at heights training . i got a contract to cut hedges at a factory unit . they are asking for risk assessment , method statement and working at heights . to cut hedges to 3 meters high 

my insurance company have not ask for this .

    RAMS - you can put together from this

    As regards WAH - there is no 'certification' as such, but being trained by a competent person on ladders, fall arrest equipment would be good practice and would mitigate you should any mishap happen. You can gain certificatuon on these aspects which may be what they are looking for,...

    As a Client, they can request what ever they like. You have a choice to comply or pass on by...Sometimes a bit of 'Education' of client can suceed but it depends on the Facilities Manager
