I have worked out what price iam going to put in for a commercial contract, but how should i put it down in writing ?

Just give them the price and thats it, or break it down into areas highlighting costs and then a final figure ?

    I put it down like this:
    Quotation for grounds maintenance, SITE NAME

    Dear CLIENT,

    My quotation for SITE NAME is as follows:

    WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT - 20 VISITS ALL NORMAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. ADD ANY UNUSUAL ASPECTS TO THE WORK HERE BRIEFLY
    PRICE PER VISIT - £LABOUR, £TRAVEL, £WASTE AND CHEMICALS
    PRICE PER YEAR
    PRICE PER MONTH TO BE INVOICED

    This quote is valid for 6 months from the date on the top of this page and shall apply for a 12-month period from acceptance. Acceptance can be made verbally or in writing.
