advertise them on sites like gumtree and if you need them gone just put them FOC, I use all the old pallets here at Etesia to build things like tables / picture frames / seats / planters & even a hutch for guiniepigs, people love reclaiming old pallets and would collect them from you no problem.
the other side though is you could save them up until winter and make your own things like garden bars or furniture etc and then sell them onto your customers come spring, it would act as a little keep you busy sideline and will only cost you time which is better than taking that day off to do nothing in the rain
We do the same. Advertise them in the local paper and people come and take them away for free. Especially around the end of October.
I use them for compost bins too. It's a win/ win. Customer gets free compost and i get somewhere to put grasscuttings and leaves.

Seen them cleverly used as a green/planting walls in gardens / on patios. Would look good outside of suitable businesses as well.

some pallet production facilities pay for them. Only about £1 each as the fix them up and sell them on. Thats how I get rid of mine over the summer and during winter months they keep my house and my next door neighbours house warm.
I have also built a chicken coop, a rabbit hutch and a log store out of some
definately! i know a bloke who built a cracking summer house with them!
