    Dont have any "business training" as such but I did spent a good few years in management and senior roles before starting my business up

    None. I've made it all up as I go along! Well, that's not entirely true. I'm from a family of business owners so have been in training on and off the jobs from a young age. When I started my own business 15 years ago that's just when the learning curve got an awful lot steeper!

    I have been in various management roles prior to starting on my own. I think this gave me valuable preperation to starting my company.

    I have a degree in accountancy and an msc in global financial management so I have a good understanding of finance
