Earlier this week I visited a website (no, not a dodgy one) looking for a piece of equipment and left a message requesting some prices....
This company were quick off the mark in responding both by email and then phone (unlike some), but what amazed me was the attachment with their email showing my visit to their website (by mistake, I expect), but it made me realise how powerful the web can be in identifying potential clients etc..
I guess I knew this could kind of be done, but does anyone do this for visitors to their website ?
