Waterproof trousers and jacket

Can any members recommend waterproof jacket and trousers?

There is a rating for how waterproof these are measured in hydrostatic head, the highest being 20000, this is the rating we are looking for. This rating should keep you dry for a working day  in  torrential rain, unlike the one's we wore today that leaked after an hour despite supposedly being totally waterproof! Also were costly.

Unfortunately looking on the net the major retailers don't specify the head rating with the odd exception so be grateful for recommendations,  the trousers must have thigh length zips so can be put on over boots.

    I've got this. Been very pleased. Hh of 20,000. I'm going to get matching trousers for next winter. 

    There are jackets with higher hh if you look at full on mountain jackets.
