Tree surgeon needed south of Birmingham

Can anyone recommend a tree surgeon covering the Hollywood (that's north Worcestershire way not LA!!) area of south Birmingham please? My parents need a few seeing too including a silver birch, eucalyptus and mature cherry tree.

They did book someone but he never turned up and it's not by specialism...They need to get some light back in the garden!
