Border Sports do kiln dried 70/30 top dress in 25kg bags for a good price if you order a few tonnes worth. Goes down very nicely in a good spreader (see my other response) and means you can take smaller amounts to jobs.
I've used the Pitchcare 50/50 - 25kg bags again, smallish orders. Garden topsoil direct for bulk.
