Tiny job in East London

Hi - I expect this is too small a job for many of you but if anyone fancies a job in East London (E2) building the short bit of an 'L' shaped wall from bricks which are already on site, fitting a hinged wooden seat on top and creating a flower bed at the other end - please get in touch!  The client is very nice but very short of cash so no need for anything fancy...
I've attached a photo of part of the wall that's already in place (the seat would go on top of this section).
Sorry it doesn't sound very appealing.

    lol - tell them to put an old shelf on it and lift it up/down when needing access .
    and put a pot at the end ?
