Hi,

I chose to upgrade my account to premium last weekend as i would like access to the 'BOG'

I think I followed all of the steps correctly, however my account still shows as standard membership with no BOG access.

Have i gone wrong somewhere? Can anyone advise how long it should take to upgrade?
