Shed base query?

I've just dismantled an old shed for a client and what's left is a 5x10ft 2-course high brick wall, with an empty/hollow centre. The client wants to buy a new shed for it, but I advised the hollow would need filling first to support it properly (these new sheds generally have such puny floor supports don't they?) however I'm not sure what to fill it with. I suspect scalpings tamped down by hand, would that be enough or would I also need a concrete pad on top? It's only two bricks high you see so the amounts/levels would be very thin?

    Could you

    A) Knock the wall down. Is it built on a concrete slab base?

    B) Fix some sturdy timbers across the wall and put the shed onto those?
