I think Stiga do a reasonable entry level petrol scarifier in the 400 £ mark maybe less if you have a good dealer
Look for a used Eliet 401 or Camon scarifier on ebay for around £500. Will be far better than a cheap new one, last longer, give better results. Make sure the blades are in good condition as replacements are expensive.
