risk assessment

been ask by a customer to supply a risk assessment they have  a big factory unit that i been as to look after the the grounds and hedges i downloaded the template from here .

just want to make sure i understand the forms what does the . LR stand for >

and SR stand for the RRN  i understand

    Did you download the big document. It states somewhere in the first few pages

    Mine is likelihood and severity

    Yes, normal Risk Management method of scoring : Likelihood rating * Severity rating = RRN

    You score each hazard to give you the RRN and this is what you take action on.....

    Documents like this are one of the benefits of having it all together in the BOG
