Retaining walls and Drainage

Hope you can help? I have a question regarding drainage and multiple retaining walls.

I am designing a garden that needs a retaining wall between my client's garden and neighbouring garden which is 600mm higher.

I am adding a second retaining in front of the boundary wall to create a 600mm (planting) width raised bed. The bed height will be 800mm and the length is 4m.

I was going to include weep holes in the boundary retaining wall and cover both ends of the pipe so hopefully water will drain through from neighbours garden into my client's raised bed and then down between strip foundations.

Will this be enough drainage? Should I be adding weep holes into the second retaining wall? A decking built-in seat will be in front of the raised bed but this was to be used for storage so didn't really want to have weep holes.

Any advise greatly appreciated.

    Hi clair from my understanding i would add the extra weep holes to the second retaining wall the last thing you want is excess water sitting behind the retaining wall, the extra weep holes should not be too much of a trouble installing. Hope that helps. Ben
