Results of the LJN photography competition

Well done to Benedict Green; he's just won himself a Canon G12 digital camera in our photography competition.

 

There was a high standard of entries and a diverse range of photographic topics which made it such fun but LJN members have decided.

 

Second and third place winners are David Buchanan with Charged and Richard Loader with Magical Light; David and Richard will receive a copy of Philip Smith's Better Plant and Garden Photography.

 

Thank you to Rowly Hill and Helen Nock for their kind donations toward the main prize.

    Many thanks for all your nice comments and votes. I really wasn't expecting anything from the competition with all the brilliant photos uploaded.

    I only found out I'd won yesterday as I've been away for a few days and hadn't checked my mail.

    Very nice surprise.

    Thanks to Philip of course for providing a fantastic prize and great website.

    Will be uploading lots of new pictures soon...

    Three really nice photos. The cloud in the pic is amazing. The winning photo is a cracker too... is it an HDR image? It's really well lit!
