Documents you are looking for are available in the 'BOG' business room, for which you will require 'PRO' membership to view.
For the £40 a year investment, this could be well worth your while as there are many other contractors that use this 'premium room' who have experience of Safe Contractor and other schemes and will discuss pros, cons and experiences of such schemes.
Hope this helps.
I would advise the LJN PRO membership as bespoke landscaping/ gardening docs are much better and there will be a lot less hair-pulling!
For generic Risk assessments try the HSE website - here is a link to a .pdf for step by step COSHH: http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/priced/hsg97.pdf
There is a great version in the 'BOG'. It will save you a huge amount of time and there are some really good other docs in there also!
Pesticide calculators among other things
We are building a a strong download filing system in the BOG now.
