Power harrow

Another dry day and time to get back to some rotavating from last year....

Can anyone help me track down a power harrow for hire? Am looking for http://www.tracmaster.co.uk/BCS_Power_Harrow.html or similar for hire in Cornwall, but will look at paying for delivery from further afield. I have called all the main hire companies and many of the smaller ones and no joy yet!

The area has no access for a small tractor and big enough to want to avoid hand raking.

    Just called them and they have one at a good price, just need to see if he courier charge is going to be worth it, might be £120 each way.

    Jeff,

    You spoke to my colleague, Adrian, earlier. In order to mimize the transport charge, maybe we could send the harrow attachment and leave you to rent a tractor locally. In that case, I should think the transport would be nearer to £50 or maybe £60 (+ vat). Alternative is one of our Turf Teq power rakes. they are far more effective and faster working than the BCS harrow, but you are back to a larger machine so the transport charge would be higher. Let us know what you decide and we'll find out an exact price for you. Meanwhile, have a look at www.groundscare-products.co.uk.
