some parts look like shothole - fungal blight that spreads in wet/ warm weather by raindrop splashes - affects laurels too. Also looks like some chlorosis in top left photo - magnesium deficiency brought on by the disease stress perhaps ?
Prune off affected leaves, clear debris from base and feed of Epsom salts to see if it improves for a start...
