No would not fleece them now.
Most Phormium that were lost over the last Winter were through temperatures below -10 and snow.
We have around 100 in 10 litre pots that made it through the Winter and they are going outside this week in sunny Dorset, with no fleece.
Thanks for your reply i think im gonna go for it and plant them all up just had a bit of dought in my mind re weather conditions,
that gives me a year to come up with some ingenius frost protcetion solutions for next year ! thanks
