Doing a bit of research on autumn scarifying and lawn care, I noticed that the Lawnscience blog kept popping up on the first page of Google.

The site is authored by Kris Lord - an LJN member.

The blog works well fro Kris and because it is integral to his website I am sure it will become (it looks like it might have done already) a strong business tool for Kris's business.

Great looking site too...very eye catching, well laid out and simple to navigate/
It's a PR2 at the moment but I think it won't be long before this changes, especially as more content is added.

Worth keeping an eye on.

    Hi Phil,

    Thanks for the mention!

I think what a lot of folk don't realise is that you have to play the very long game with business blogging. I aim to put out 2 or 3 quality posts a month and at that rate it's taken well over a year to really see result in the rankings. But now that my foundation has been built I can really use it to drive traffic effectively and quickly to specific keywords and it's really working.

    Thanks again!
