North West tender for landscape maintenance services

The North West Development Agency has issued a tender for Landscape Maintenance Services which can be found at the following url: http://tinyurl.com/ylnmrnfThe closing date for tenders is 7th December and to be successful the bidder/consortium will need 3 years of audited accounts plus a minimum of 5 similar contracts (no requirement for them to be public sector) 3 of which will act as referees.Preference will be given to companies with relevant landscaper memberships (yes that old chestnut) and who hold relevant health & safety accreditations. You are expected to have a qualified Health & Safety manager.If anyone who is a limited company and can satisfy the requirements including minimum turnover would like to bid in consortium I'd be interested.
