The domestic market (Design and build) is thriving for me at the moment.. stacked up, in fact possibly to much but I won't complain..
Last year i didnt take anyone on till end of April, new bloke been with me a month.

last time i relocated i moved back to a area where i was known and the transformation was quick thro contacting old clients etc
this time it's a new area altogether
