New Izy engines

Honda have changed the engine on the Izy range from the gcv 160 to gcvx145

Meant to be quieter, more torque, better transmision with less moving parts, and easier access to service points.

Has anyone experienced using this engine yet on the Izy range?

I'm always suspicious when they change things as the spec and build quality drops eg plastic bushes in wheels instead of metal bearings.

We use the hrg 466 skep models

    Doesn't really answer your question but I purchased a new izy a few weeks ago and had the option of the 2 engines and decided to stick with the tried and tested older version.
