Nature, ever delayed a job?

For ourselves many times.

 

On countless occasions we have refused to sell plants through birds nesting in them.

 

Today, in a dead (through last Winter) Phormium tenax Variegatum (35litre) we stopped throwing them onto the fire, through a birds nest.

 

Three eggs are unhatched, though two are, in the Phormium, though the Mother fled when we were working in the area today. 

 

So we stopped throwing the plants and stopped work on our new Tree production in that area. 

 

This is the right call.

    Allways stop if i am laying a hedge or hedge cutting, but saying that i don't tend to do that sort of work when birds are nesting.
