Thank you Tom...good to hear you are enjoying it. How does it cope with the first cut of the year when grass is quite long?
I am an absolute Viking fan and been running them for a good many years. Just as a matter of interest is your grass box good and clean. It realy makes a huge difference to have all the vents clear. If mine starts to drop grass then I know it needs a quick rub down with a wire brush on the inside. Hope I am not telling you how to suck eggs it's just that you may not have appreciated the difference it makes when just some of the vents block up.
Try it !!!!!
Thanks for the tip Gordon..yeah I would keep it clean as I could...the Honda bag isn't that easy to keep clean once your out cutting wet grass...maybe the Viking box is easier to clean as you go....how about parts...do you get any breakdowns/problems in a season?
My Viking is OK, but not as good in the wet as the Etesia that fell to bits and certainly nowhere near as good as a Lawnflite Pro. I'd go Lawnflite.
Maybe for you. My guys have taken down meadows with a Lawnflite. It's the fan that makes all the difference. They stuff the bag so full you have to chisel it out, the Viking often clogs up before the box is full.
Thank you Ben....is the bag on the Viking easy to keep clean whilst out mowing to help with catching grass?
Thank you Harry...how long have you used the Viking for?
