Ideally use an organic type treatment but whatever you use test the product on a test sample of artificial grass (perhaps using a free sample which the various companies send out?).
I have used a product, without checking my records, I think it was called Biogem from Ollie at https://www.agrigem.co.uk
I used this on tennis courts and two artificial lawns and then went back and used a powered brush to remove the moss and other debris with great results.
The key is for your client (or you) to keep the lawn regularly brushed and of course address any environmental issues that has caused the moss infestation.
Thanks Graeme, it used to be called Bio-gem but it is now called MMC Pro
1x5L will cover upto 300m2 & if you are a trade silver member it will only cost you £19.00

thanks for advice's.
Its a new customer's, as usual think artificial lawn mean no maintenance, hence build up of organic matter and then moss.
They proberbly have not even noticed, just a little extra service that I can do.
thanks to all contributors
Hi Keith,
Algoclear range will be good to use on artificial turf. Been used before and no problem whatsoever but its always wise just to do your own check as Graeme says due to the ever increasing turf brands.
There is also a professional strength version for cleaning all manner of biofilm from hard surfaces and been in wide use for a number of years...
