I have sent you a message
It's very difficult to provide a generic Method Statement by the very fact it is specific to your business, for a Client, at that site, using your 'type' of machinery.
However, they are quite logical and if you 'think' thru each section as you would approach it on site you are almost there.
You need to think laterally about what you are doing, who it will affect, what are the dangers and what control measures YOU will put in place.
The other route is to work towards an accreditation standard such as SAFEContractor who can provide full guidance and support and 'audit' your RAMS package.
