Depends what you mean by 'a bit', but brick cleaning acid should remove cement stains.
what sort of slabs are they? brick acid is a no no on certain natural stone slabs such as indian sandstone as it can soak in and mark them

easiest way with any natural stone is water and a small piece of the same paving small enough to hold in your hand and use it to rub the stain off. works wonders. if its really tough add a little bit of sharp sand to act as a rubbing agent
