Managing agent / Block Management - who are they.

Hi, 

I have just managed to find quite a few block management companies through the two trade bodies websites, which is great i can now build a database and build on new business slowly etc etc. 

HOWEVER, does anyone know how to find out who manages a block, if you know the block name or address, i've tried googling this and no joy. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Often there is company set up for that development. Often the managing agent is only there to oversee it. So the managing agent will be a director of that site. Companies house will tell you a lot!
