Long reach rose pruner

Bit of a long shot this but looking for a pruner for roses which are in a knot garden which we can't get into because its heavily planted with peonies Lilly's nepeta alliums so we need to prune from the edges so we don't damage everything needs to re h about 6 to 8 feet it needs to cut and hold the rose any clues or tips
