I'm getting busier all the time and my business is growing so i'm looking to speed up my estimating.
Just had a look and there are lots of options for software packages out there.
Any ideas on whats good and whats not for domestic design and build projects.

They make it sound so easy!
I'm guessing the basic idea is you input your own rates, overheads, times to perform tasks etc into the software and it churns out the figures and quotes for you.
On looking around the internet there seem to be lots of providers out there so i wondered who has what experience of what packages.
Whats good, whats not, are they value for money are there free versions, and most important do they really speed things up and make life easier for you.
Any thoughts appreciated

Possibly the industry leader in landscape estimating software ( Sam has immense experience and often writes in the industry press ).
A very functional system which enforces a systematic approach to estimating and used by many landscape construction businesses, although it can also be used for pricing up maintenance contracts.
Unless, it’s changed there is a free trial system available.
