green trousers

you've all been waiting for it , well here it is.  im told green is well out of fashion and we dont have to wear it    ( i had a green sweater to with logo gardens 4u .  im a bit of a traditionalist , and green hides the dirt from gardening.  ive seen the guys at KEW wearing them with the hayter mowers................   i like modern fashion too and also have NorthFACE fleece ( green of course ) .       green , green , green for gardeners .

black for mechanics    ,  blue for    errrrrr  office workers? security guards   etc etc.

well heres a pic of what i wear  - Stihl brushcutter ones with vents /and double cotton on shins .
but i see the new ones are  grey/black with reflective stripes  so im obviously out of date and therfore not charging enough either !  lol.   i can now say i Have bought some and will update how my life changes.

WHO WEARS GREEN ??

  • Now those are REALLY horrible. I'm into brown, myself. Yes, I know, brown trousers, ho ho, heard it, don't care. They look cool and very "earthy".
  • ill go with that (without the shorts lol) olive and khaki craghopper trousers /fleece sometimes (very comfy)

Usually black chainsaw trousers or khahki work trousers, blue or black shorts. Olive green sleeveless T shirt and ocasionally black fleece.
  • Lol gardens4u institution !

the trousers in the link say 'institution'
  • Olive, Khaki, Brown, occasionally Green for shorts/trousers, fleeces, bodywarmers etc, only exception is yellow T-Shirts or Polo's to stand out from the crowd!
  • heh heh.... they look like the sort of trousers that delivery boys wear!! Not a thing of beauty in my opinion... now khaki I can handle, brown or black... but not emerald. plus the whole 'non iron' precreased look does not help....
