    Hi Andy

    the phtb is the machine fitted with vairiable speed and is adjusted via the speed leaver, inside this leaver is the option to pull through more cable to adjust.

    this would need to be done or checked atleast every year to ensure your getting the most out of your machine.

    im a little rushed right now to go into more detail (organising a bday party for my sisters little one tomorrow) but feel free to give me a call in the office Monday (01295680120) if you try this and it has not done much

    Thanks for that Neal, I unclipped the handle speed lever but can see no way of adjusting the cable?
