If we don't have the capabilities we sub out to a trusted network of professionals.
We don't take a referral fee because eventually what goes around comes back. And so it does :->
Gain a network of quality service providers and your clients will be happy their requests are met.....whatever they may be!!
It takes time and nounce to get there but well worth the networking effort :->

I'm totally with Eugene here.
I know my limits, and anything else gets farmed out. I prefer to let the client deal direct, so there's no cash-flow, and they know I'm not marking it up.
My tree guy, and other people I use regularly, prefer not to pay a fee as they just have to add that to the job. That makes them look expensive, and that makes us both lose work.
I'd rather my contacts work on a fair rate, and the client is happy, than they inflate the price to pay me a commission.
