Diversifying in your business

Hi allHave been taking on some small projects in the last year or so and am thinking of just getting back to my core business garden maintenance, by the time I have arranged sub contractors etc to do the extra work load I'm thinking is it all worth it. ???Should I just focus on my maintenance side making that stronger. ???

    Great minds think alike. ;-)

    I have been mulling over this as well. I spend time getting 3rd parties and my customers together, only for one of them not coming through to fruitition. So I spent a lot of time sourcing pros and goods, only for the customer changing his/her mind. That time spent is not renumerated. I could have done something else instead of wasting my time.

    So been thinking of only doing garden maintenance now.

        I just activated your friend request. To be honest I am not very good with facebook. It seems to steal my time spending on nothing. LOL. 

        Also I am somewhat anti-facebook, because they are so slack removing certain subjects/people from there who use it for their evil despicable deeds.
