Contract for Landscaping work

I need some guidance about contracts for domestic Landscaping work , is there a site that I can download from?  Having been had over on a large landscaping job this summer , I’ve decided that asking potential customers to sign a agreement before work starts . I’ve just been offered another large landscaping nod which will be next year, and I don’t want to be left out of pocket again . 

All advice welcome

    Domestic contracts are extremely difficult to ‘create’ & enforce as consumer legislation is so geared to their side.

    So, I’d suggest you search on LJN for ‘consumer rights Act 2015’ or similar and digest those threads first.

    Then maybe consider joining LJN’s ‘The BOG’ where there are several discussions relating to Terms & Conditions ( including a T&C template contributed to by many BOG members ).
