The tank in the video looks a fair bit bigger than 100 litre, but i would still secure it well.

When we could get these anymore, we ended up using a window cleaners water tank, these are much better as they lay down and centre of gravity is better. They are also baffled.
They were purchased off a site on eBay about 2 years ago and cost ~£80 eahc. They come in lots of capacities.
They are a bit easier to carry than a 90 litre tank and can be bought quite cheaply.
Keep you eyes open in town and around business parks and take a look/have a chat with the guys that use them daily. I did and that's how we found the flat tanks from a supplier on ebay.
only ever really filled my back pack which is 20ish and used outdoor taps or asked a neighbour.
or 2litre pop bottles (not mixed only pure water)
i was stuck a while ago , but used a bottle of 'buxton water 2l i bought for drinking. only 55p
i also bought a cheap 40p 2litre from sainsburys garage recently...................
