Buxus balls getting diseased

Not sure if this is box blight...but I've got a few buxus balls getting this disease, so far I dont know what is it so treatment is on hold at the moment.  Seems to be spreading though..do you have any ideas please???

      Hi Tom, ohh dear if its box blight i didnt think there was any treatment only chemicals to contain it.

      Can you recommend any treatments? I can buy the pro stuff..
